SECTION 4 — CANCELLATIONS, REFUSALS & NON-DELIVERY

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

In the event of:

• Order cancellation after dispatch;
• Shipment refusal at the time of delivery;
• Incorrect shipping address, contact information, or phone number provided by the customer;
• Non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery resulting in return of shipment;

any applicable refund shall be processed only after the products are received back at our designated warehouse and verified by TAKÉ Matcha.

The following processing charges shall be deducted from the refundable amount:

• Orders below ₹2,000 — ₹110
• Orders above ₹2,000 — ₹210

Such deductions are applied towards payment gateway fees, logistics expenses, handling costs, and operational charges incurred by the Company.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS & BILLING

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order.
• Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
• Cancel orders that appear suspicious or intended for resale.

You agree to provide:

• Accurate billing information.
• Correct shipping details.
